Happy Thursday friends.  I am in Pittsburgh, PA visiting my Mom and my sister. My Mom turned 98 a month ago and is doing pretty good. She forgets things easily but that's OK. She lives on her own in an apartment building. She is amazing. 

The weather has been beautiful. We enjoy sitting out on her porch and watch everything that goes on. She lives in town so it seems as though something is always happening. I take her out to lunch each day and then a light snack at dinner. Our time together is going so fast. I will be leaving on Saturday. It never seems like enough time.

Happy Wednesday!  Just an update, Louie is now 100% and the puppies are growing like weeds. Hubby has been taking care of all of them by himself since I am visiting my Mom. He has been a real trooper. lol! Although he keeps asking when I am coming home. 

I am having a nice visit with my Mom and sister. We don't do too much. She gets tired easily but I take her out to lunch each day. She enjoys that. I have been doing some big cleaning. She does good, but at 98, she doesn't do the big stuff.

Welcome to the party and to June. I drove to PA today to see my Mom. I have not driven here since last year and it was a long trip from Florida. My Mom turned 98 at the end of April and is still doing pretty well. She forgets things, but hey, at that age, so what. I will enjoy spending time with her and my sister.

Can you believe it? The months are flying by.

I want to thank all of you who expressed concern for my Louie. Great news - he responded well to the meds and is doing so much better. Yesterday was the first day that he seemed his old self. Not quite there, but getting there.
