Happy Thursday dear friends. Hope you are having a great week. All is good here. I finished my 12 treatments on Monday and will begin the next 4 treatments. These will be more difficult because they will be stronger. Because of that, you have 3 weeks in between treatments. They say you need that time to recover. I guess I will find out next week.

Happy Thursday dear friends. I hope your week is going great. I didn't have a treatment on Monday because my white blood cells were too low. I was bummed since I was counting down, but nothing I can do about it.
So I decided to go and see my BFF. I spent the night with her and we had a blast. She gave me a facial which was awesome.

Happy Thursday dear friends. I hope you are all enjoying your summer. I know that Christmas in July is a thing, but when I went to Hobby Lobby yesterday, not only where they putting out Christmas stuff, there was a ton off fall items. Yikes, I am not ready for all of that.
How do you feel about that? I guess if you are a crafter that sells, you have to start early, but it seems way too early. Let me know your thoughts.

Happy Thursday dear friends. I can't believe that June is almost over. This month seemed to fly by. Although the weather has been warm, we have had rain. The flowers are certainly enjoying the rain.

Happy Thursday dear friends. It's the first day of summer. For many up north, it has been really hot. In fact, you have been hotter than we are here in Florida. That is so weird.

Happy Thursday dear friends. I hope you are all doing well and enjoying some summertime weather. We finally had some well needed rain yesterday. We have been so dry.
I am having a procedure today to try to figure out what is wrong with my port. It is a device that was placed under the skin on my chest so they can draw blood and administer the chemo drugs.
It worked the first time, but they could not get blood the second time but could give me the drugs. For the third series of drugs it was not working at all. I will find out what is the problem. They may have to do surgery to replace it. We will see.

Happy Thursday dear friends. I am doing pretty good this week so far. I appreciate all of your heartfelt wishes. You have all been so kind.
I was able to get 2 wigs for when my hair falls out, my daughter bought me a couple of sleep caps, and my SIL bought me 2 caps to wear at home and out. I guess you could say I am ready, but I think losing my hair will be tough. I will keep you posted.

Happy Thursday dear friends. I want to thank all of you for the kind words about my cancer. You have all been so thoughtful and I appreciate it so much. I had my first treatment and it went well. I know that it gets worse but for now I am doing good.
We were able to take 5 days vacation. We went to Orlando to a resort and spa. It was close to home. My BIL and SIL went with us and we had so much fun. My SIL and I spent 2 sessions at the spa and we had some wonderful dinners out.
Thank you again for all of your heartfelt wishes. I know that some of you are cancer survivors and you give me inspiration. I will keep you posted.

Happy Thursday dear friends. I have held off talking about this but I have breast cancer. I start chemo on Monday. I have had so many appointments that I have not been able to respond to comments and a couple of times I forgot to post my parties.

Happy Thursday Day dear friends. Well, the septic system is in and all is right with the world. Poor hubby has had his problems with it because of the sprinkler system. They had to cut up parts if it and he had to wait until they were done, they dig it back up to fix it. Next step is to lay new sod. It seems like this project never will end.
I am heading to Pittsburgh for my Mom's 99th birthday today. I can't believe she is that old and all she has lived through.
