Happy Sunday and the last Sunday in September. Where did this month go? The evenings are getting darker sooner, which I hate. I love to walk after dinner but soon it will be too dark to do that. Then there will be the time change, and that is even worse. We had a great day today. We got a lot of little things done - new lighting on the trees, built my garden beds, and did some shopping. How was your day?
I hope you enjoy checking out my features and all of the amazing posts. Have a great week ahead.
Happy Sunday. This week's Happiness is Homemade Link Party features are all about the pumpkins. From pumpkin recipes to inexpensive pumpkin decor for the Fall. Check out the ideas and recipes this week on the link party to help you along.
Now for a note from this month's hostess:
Lisa from Blogghetti here again with this week's Happiness is Homemade features. Last week I mentioned that it was starting to cool off here in Middle Georgia. Well...it was a tease because since then it's been 100 or higher here STILL I'm really over this hot weather, so this week my features are in line with Fall again. Let's get on with Happiness is Homemade.
When we were in Vermont earlier this month, my son was trying to clean up his garage for winter. He had 8 snow tires that were taking up too much space and asked what can we do with them.We tossed around some ideas and then I looked on Pinterest and saw a hanging tire rack and he said, yes, that works.
Now all my hubby had to do was figure out how to make it and he did.
Happy Thursday everyone! I hope your week is going great. Our weather went back up this week to the low 90s. Oh well, it is Florida and I don't think Florida knows that it is fall. I love seeing all of your fall posts and I have done a couple of things, but it is hard to get into the groove when it is so warm. I will just have to enjoy all of your ideas instead. keep them coming. Many of my features come from you my commenters. Don't forget to leave your Linkup Number or Post Title so I can find you and you could become one of my featured commenters next week.
Happy Wednesday to you! Are you enjoying this first week of fall? The weekend was cool but temps climbed back into the 90's. Oh well, it is Florida and we still have some time before the weather breaks - usually mid October. At least the humidity is not bad. It will be time to start planting the garden - yes we put in gardens now. Funny when everyone up north is seeing the last of their gardens, we are just beginning. I hope you have a great rest of your week.
Please check out our features from last week. Stop by and send some love if you can.
Add as many of your family-friendly posts as you would like to. No Etsy shops, adult sites or blog parties, please.

Happy Monday and welcome to the first day of Fall. Can you believe it? We had almost fall weather here this in Florida even though it was around 87 degrees. Sunday morning was only 70 degrees. Now I know that this is probably still hot for most of you for fall, but after the hot temps we had, this is like fall to us. I hope your coming week is wonderful and that you enjoy your first week of fall.

Happy Sunday and the last day of summer. Can you believe it? Here is Florida we are enjoying some lovely fall type weather for us. We have here what they call love bugs. They don't hurt you or bite but just are annoying. I am trying to sit outside and they keep landing on me, driving me crazy. Now I am not talking about a few bugs, but hundreds of them. I sprayed some bug spray but it didn't affect them. Hopefully, they won't last too much longer. They fly locked together, thus love bugs.
I hope you enjoy checking out my features and all of the amazing posts. Have a great week ahead.
I hope you are having a wonderful weekend.Mine is awesome. The weather has been gorgeous and a great breeze - around 87 for the high. After all of the hot weather, this is a dream.

When we went to the Apple Cider Mill In Vermont a few weeks back, you can check it out here. Seeing all of those apples and apple cider donuts, gave me the idea of an apple bread. I checked out some recipes and then added my own twist - pecans. You could use whatever nut you have on hand.
Happy Thursday and welcome to 8th Anniversary of Thursday Favorite Things! Can you believe it? I have enjoyed being part of this wonderful party and host with such wonderful friends. My week has been good although my washing machine is still not working. They had to order a part, must be coming from China on a boat, might be in on Friday but probably not until next week. Almost 2 1/2 weeks. I should have bought a new one. I had to go to my daughters and do some laundry. I still have lots of laundry yet to do, but they can wait. The weather has cooled down a little - around 88. I am so excited. Not exactly feeling like fall, but I will take it. Check out my wonderful features and then link up your posts. Have a great day. Many of my features come from you my commenters. Don't forget to leave your Linkup Number or Post Title so I can find you and you could become one of my featured commenters next week.
Has everyone slowed down a bit from school starting and with all the new activities your kids and grandkids are part of?
I see that September 23rd is the first day of fall!! Yippee!! Does everyone else love fall as much as I do? Fall means cooler temps, apple cider and pumpkins on the front porch. Delightful!
I actually made this fall arrangement a couple of years ago. I found them as I was going through some boxes in my garage. I thought I would share them with you in case you missed them the first time.
Happy Monday Everyone! I hope you had an awesome weekend. Mine was very nice and we got some projects completed around the house. It seems as though for everyone on our list, we add about 3 more. I guess you are never really done.
What did you do over the weekend? Did you work at home, or somewhere or just relax?
Welcome to week#3 of the September 2019 "You're the Star" Blog Hop!
Before we continue onto the Linky party I wanted to share this post from my blog:
While we were in Vermont, we took a few hours off to do some sightseeing. We stopped at the Cold Hollow Cider Mill. People come from all over to visit this place. Even buses pulled in while we were there.
(Picture courtesy of Cold Hollow Cider Mill) They have many products from Vermont like Maple syrup, apples and cider and gift ideas. Although these are all enticing, what draws me here are the apple cider donuts.
Happy Sunday! I hope this finds you well. I am doing great. I even opened and was able to shelve some of the items that have been packed in boxes since we moved. I took a few things to Goodwill and out some aside for my garage sale in October. It's funny how you pack things up and then when you look at them, you wonder why you packed them. I think it was just the fact that I had to pack and get it out. Part of my unpacking was to find some of my craft supplies. However, I didn't find what I was looking for. I need to keep going. I hate not knowing where things are. Before I could just go to that spot. I did order a she shed. It is one that you build yourself. I can't wait to get started. I will keep you posted. I hope you enjoy checking out my features and all of the amazing posts. Have a great week ahead.

Happy Thursday! How is your week going? Mine has been good although my washing machine died on Monday. They said it was a board and have to order one from Maytag. Hopefully, it will come soon. Thank goodness we have a warranty policy, because they said it was expensive. When it does get fixed, I have lots of laundry to do. Yikes! Check out my wonderful features and then link up your posts. Have a great day. Many of my features come from you my commenters.
