Happy Thursday my friends! Hope you are all doing well. We had a break in the rain the last two days. Just a few sprinkles the last two days. I see that it has been quite hot up north. My Mom lives in Western PA and it was almost 91 degrees which was about what we had here in Florida. They did say that the temperatures were going to be above average this summer. I hope that doesn't mean here in the south. How has your weather been? What are you up to?

It is almost hump day. That's good right? If you are working, then that's a good thing, but if you are retired, it is just another day. That would be me! We are finally having some much needed sunshine after all of the rain from Cristobal. The chance of rain is still high for the rest of the week, but maybe the forecast is wrong. One can hope. Stool Becomes Plant Stand
I found a stool that someone threw out. Of course I had to pick it up. It sat in my garage for quiet some time before we moved and I was close to getting rid of it, but choose to put it in the new garage.
So the other day, as I was cleaning in the garage, I found the stool and thought I could finally fix it and make a plant stand out of it.

Happy Sunday! How is everyone this wonderful day? We are having rain from Cristobal. It is rather nice to not being able to be outdoors. It seems as though that is all I have done. Now the grass is green, the flowers are happy and the garden is growing. Life is good!
My favorite part of these parties is reading your comments. I feel like I get to know you and that we are almost like "texting" back and forth. You share your stories with me and I share mine - just like friends. So keep them coming.
