    1. Jenna,
Well, leap day came and went. I don't know anyone who has a birthday on Feb 29th. That has to be difficult. I love your Cheesy Pepperoni Rolls. I saved that and know I will make them.
      Hugs,
      Bev

I hope you are doing well. Of course I had to check out the chocolate chip cookie pie. Dessert is my weakness.

  7. Hi, Bev; I don't do anything special on leap day, but this year it saved my posting schedule because I was running behind and had an Afro-Mexican recipe for Black History month that would have had to wait a whole year to get published, LOL (#161 Guerrero Style Chicken Stew - Estofado de pollo). And for the March theme, I am sharing #160 Irish Heritage and Two Cheese Soups. Thank you for hosting another wonderful party, have an awesome week!

You are always a busy lady. I love your recipes and your stories. That chicken stew has some unique ingredients but it all seems to go well together. Awesome.
      Have a great week.

    1. Stephanie,
Great post on squash. I remember growing them up north, but it is difficult here in central Florida. They start to grow and then this bugs gets them. I have tried so many plants, both from seed and from starters. I thought it was just me until I talked to other growers who said the same thing. I drives me crazy because I know they grow so easily. Same with zucchini. I did get 2 last year, which is ridiculous for zucchini.
      Have a wonderful week.
      Hugs,
      Bev

      Good luck with yours.
