Globe Light as Path Light Cover

Old globe lights make great path light covers. Instead of having ordinary path lights at night, I thought I would make something a little more exciting. How about this for a path light?

Keeping the brain focused!

Few things are more unnerving than the memory lapses most of us experience as we grow older. Younger people forget things all the time, of course, but for those of us getting older, these lapses  call up the threat of permanent memory loss. 

So what can we do to help our brain? There are many supplements that can aid in helping improve memory. Many herbs, vitamins and fish oil have been promoted to help improve memory. One such supplement on the market is HCF  - happy, calm and focused.
