Happiness Is Homemade

Welcome to Happiness Is Homemade Linky Party

Happy Sunday to everyone. A new week is beginning and for those in the States, it is Thanksgiving week. Many people are off this week and it is Black Friday as well.

For those of you that might not know what Black Friday is, it is the day after Thanksgiving when many stores offer highly promoted sales and open very early, such as at midnight, or may even start their sales at some time on Thanksgiving. It is the unofficial beginning of the Christmas season.

I have never ventured out for Black Friday sales. Well, once I went with my sister when the stores opened at 5 am and said, never again. Are you gearing up for Black Friday?

It is time for Happiness is Homemade Link Party #298 Features!

Vintage Turkey Postcards!

Today, we are starting with Lisa at Fresh Vintage by Lisa S. Aren't these Vintage Turkey printable postcards just adorable? My mind is spinning with ideas for what I'd like to do with them. Of course, mailing them out to family and friends would be fun enough.

Rustic Harvest Wreath

Michele from The Scrap Shoppe created this adorable Rustic Harvest Wreath. She speaks my language when she says, "think outside the box when it comes to your wreath form." I love how she used Vintage items to create a look of new and old.

And now for some yummy dessert options for your holiday. Claire from Claire Justine is showing off her Chocolate Tahini Fudge. Who wouldn't want to take this to a holiday party? Check out how she made the Chocolate Tahini Fudge.

Snowball Cookies in a Jar

And finally, I am sharing another dessert as I'm always looking for desserts to take to parties or give to my favorite friends and family. Jenn at Clean and Scentsible is showing off her Snowball Cookies in a Jar. Don't they look so yummy and fun?

  3. Thank you for hosting! This is what I featured the week of 11-18 to 11-22 on my blog. On Tuesday morning was a casserole of Ham and Potatoes Au Gratin. Wednesday was my Grandmas Cheddar Smashed Potatoes. And wrapping up potato week was the ever popular Cheesy Potatoes. Enjoy!

    1. Marilyn,
I love all of those potato dishes, but I don't eat them very often. When I do, I especially like this ones with gooey cheese and cream.
      Hugs,
      Bev
