Wonderful Wednesday Blog Hop

Welcome to Wonderful Wednesday Blog Hop!

Here we are in another new week. I hope you are all doing well. We are good, still trying to stay home as much as possible. I am still working on some projects that I wasn't able to get to. I am excited about that. I am making room in the garage. One of these days, I hope it will be all cleaned up.
Are you working on any projects, working in the garden or thinking of back to school issues. My son has been an OR nurse and this year took a job as a school nurse which is only 10 minutes from their house, instead of driving 50 minutes to the hospital. What is the likelihood that the schools would be in a turmoil as he prepares for a new job? Life is full of twists and turns.

  3. Bev,
    Thanks so much for hosting!!
Being a school nurse was one of the jobs in Nursing that I saw many of my co workers leave the hospital for because it was considered to be an easier job with weekends, Holidays and Summers off. However, now, I truly feel sorry for all the school nurses out there and what they are going to have to deal with and be responsible for this coming school year...Your son will be fine because he is coming from working in a hospital but I have Nursing school classmates of mine that at my age, are going to really have to change their mind set about their jobs...Your son will do just fine....
    Hugs,
    Deb

    1. Debbie,
That is interesting that they want to be school nurses. I didn't think of that. I know with the kids schedules, being the school nurse would be best but it is also close to home. The hospital doesn't want to let him go however. He is able to do some surgeries as well. I think it might be quiet "tame" at the school compared to what is is use to. It should be interesting.
      Have a great day.
      Hugs,
      Bev
