Thursday Favorite Things
Welcome to Thursday Favorite Things!
It is time for another Thursday Favorite Things Party. I am glad that we are able to continue with our parties since it is nice to connect with friends in this difficult time. It is a way to reach out and let you know that we are all in this together.
Toilet paper is still in short supply if at all. Some of you may remember when catalog pages were used. Ouch! Unfortunately, we don't have catalogs these days. What's a person to use? Aren't you glad you don't have to use that? Ask your grandparents about it? If you have any stories, please share them. We all could use a good laugh!
Hubby went to Publix (local grocery store) yesterday morning and there were all of these people standing , next to one another, outside the doors, waiting for them to open. He thought, what about social distancing? He should on the other side of the street. If you have any stories, please share them. We all could use a good laugh!

I want to thank all of your for stopping by our party. I know that this is a difficult time and want to say that I hope all of you are fine and that you are staying healthy. My family is good and hubby has been able to work from home.

Happy Monday. I hope this party finds you well. It has been a difficult time with the Coronavirus. I think most are taking the necessary precautions to keep safe and healthy. Just as many schools are working online, so are some businesses. My daughter is working from home and hubby decided to stay here instead of going back down for work. He can work from here too.

New Pool Installation Part 1
New Pool Installation Part 1
You might remember that I told you we were having a pool installed. (Some of you asked to see it, so here goes.) We have never done this before so it has been an interesting process. We had an idea of what we wanted from several of our friends that have pools.
We started with our plain back yard. As you can see in the picture below, our yard doesn't have much grass. That is because we had to disconnect the sprinkler back there when we had the new patio put in last fall. We have 2 sets of fence, one around the perimeter of the property and one inside of that where the pool will be.

Happy Sunday dear friends. I hope that this finds you all well. It is such a difficult time with everyone trying to stay healthy and deal with this virus. Today was the first time I have been out since Monday. I was going crazy, but trying to avoid crowds. I hope it is over soon, but fear that we have a long way to go. Please be safe and stay healthy.
I would love it if you shared what you have been doing this past week or the weekend. I love hearing about your news.
