Happy Thursday! I hope your week is going well. I can't believe it is Thursday already. I think with Monday being a holiday, that it made the week go faster.
I am heading down to Davie today to see my friend. I have not been there for 2 months. I need a girls night and she said she needs one too. I know we will be laughing all evening.
We have finally opened up here at the stores and even the library, it is like normal. You only have to wear a mask if you have not had your shots. It is so wonderful to see people's faces, instead of just their eyes.

Happy Thursday! We are finally on a camping trip. It has been two years since our last trip. In 2019 we moved into our new home so we did not go camping and then covid hit. I forgot a few things since it had been so long since we went camping. I did bring enough food however. Thanks what counts!
It is really hot here but there is a slight breeze. Yesterday they launched a rocket for the space center. We sat near the water and watched it go up. It was so cool. What a sight. My first rocket launch.
The dogs had a little bit of time adjusting to being in the motorhome again but are getting used to it. We have several more trips planned so they will be adjusted soon.

Happy Thursday! Mother's Day is coming this weekend and I wanted to say Happy Mother's Day to all of you a little early. I am heading up to Pittsburgh to see my Mom. I have not seen her since last fall and I can't wait to see her. As I mentioned before, she had her 96th birthday last week. I can celebrate her birthday and Mother's Day together.

Happy Thursday! Can you believe that April is almost over. This year is off to a flying start. My Mom had her 96th birthday yesterday. She is in good health. My sister came down to Pittsburgh from upstate New York and my youngest lives there. I was able to Facetime her and wish her a happy birthday. I will be heading up there next Thursday for Mother's Day.
I know it has been a strange time, but do you have any plans for Mother's Day?

Happy Thursday! I hope your week has been going well so far. Mine has been great. My DIL and grandkids came down from Vermont on Sunday morning and are leaving today.
I had not seen them in 1 1/2 years with covid. Needless to say I hugged them all the time, even though they are teenagers.
We went zip lining yesterday. What a thrill. It was on my bucket list and so much fun to do it with the grandkids. I am going to miss them so much

Happy Thursday! I hope your week has been going well so far. I had somewhat of a sad day today - both of our dachshunds has to go in to have their teeth cleaned.
They were not allowed to have any breakfast and poor Louie loves his food and just kept looking at me this morning and wondering why I wasn't feeding him.
Once I put them in the car, they seemed to settle down until we pulled in the vet's place. Oh boy, they were so upset. Louie climbed in my lap and his mama tried to get in my lap too. It was 8:30 in the morning. I was not to pick them up until 4:20.
There were so excited to see me. They have been sleeping a lot but it was so nice to have them back home.

Happy Thursday! I hope your week has been great. Mine has been wonderful. The weather has been beautiful. The days are warm and the evenings are cool. What more can you ask for?
How is your weather? I know it has been quite warm up north. My Mom has been loving the warm temps in PA.
I have been working in my gardens. The veggie are coming along nicely and strawberries are producing and so are the black raspberries. Soon we will be having blueberries too.
I still have these two plants that came up from the compost pile. I am not sure what they are yet so I have not planted them until I see how much space they need. It is my surprise plants.

Happy Thursday! Can you believe that Easter is this weekend? It doesn't seem real. I remember listening to a sunrise service on the radio last year because of covid and here we are again this year probably doing the same thing.
Are you having a special Easter dinner or get together? We are having some family members. There will be about 9 of us.
We had a birthday dinner for my FIL on Tuesday. He was 92. All three of his sons and their families were there and a few of the grand kids and 2 great-grandkids came. He was so happy and teared up. It was a nice evening. That is the most people I have been around since last year - before covid.

Happy Thursday! I hope your week is going great! Our weather has been beautiful this week after a rainy weekend.
You can tell it is spring with all the flowers blooming, the garden is growing and I picked my first strawberries. They were so yummy and sweet. The plants are loaded. There is nothing like picking your own strawberries.

Happy Thursday! I hope you had a great St. Patrick's Day. We had a wonderful dinner with my inlaws and BIL. We had Marilyn's Crock Pot Corned Beef and Cabbage recipe (which was awesome) and then played cards and after that had dessert.
The weather was so beautiful that we ate outside, played cards out side and even had our dessert outside.

Happy Thursday! I am so excited that you stopped by. My week has been great so far. The weather has been lovely and I have been putzing with my garden and a few projects. All this warm weather has allowed my seeds to sprout.
I put them in small pots and didn't know what to use to label them. I found these sticks that you use for making lollipops - not too big so they fit in the pots. Great! So I labeled them all with an ink pen. Sounded good to me. It seemed good for awhile. After a couple of rains, I no longer know what I have planted. The rain washed off all of my ink. I should have a great time figuring out exactly what I have. lol! Silly me.

Happy Thursday and welcome to March. I am so excited that you dropped by. We have had a lovely week. some bad thunder storms yesterday but then the sun came out and it was sunny. The plants are loving the sun and the rain. Lots of strawberries coming and blackberries. I hope I get them before the birds.
Almost all of the seeds I planted last week are coming up. It seems like they popped up over night. If this weather stays warm, they should be well on their way on a couple of weeks.
I hope your weather has warmed up some too. I know my Mom in Pennsylvania has not had snow for a couple of weeks. She gets so excited when the sun is out, even if it is cold.

Happy Thursday! I am so excited that you dropped by. We have had a very lovely week with warm weather. We had some rain on Sunday but that has been it.
My dogs love being outdoors, especially Louie. He just wants to sit on the driveway and watch cars and people go by. Mostly he likes to bark and anyone that walks, rides their bike or jogs. He doesn't want anyone to get too close to the house. He is such a protector.
So although our back yard is where the pool is and our covered patio, they like it out the side by the garage. Needless to say, I spend most of my time there with them. I take my projects and work on them there. I finished planting some of the flowers I bought over the weekend and started to sand a chair. Tomorrow is to be nice again, so I will finish working on the chair and wash my car.

Happy Thursday! I always get so excited to see you here. It has been an interesting week - it seems the weather has been cold, icy and snowy. I hope you are staying warm and being safe.
I know this is rather crazy, but I bought some blueberry bushes to plant. I also planted some butternut squash seeds. People are experiencing freezing temps and I am planting. Crazy but it is that time of year here in Florida. I also bought some flowers to plant in my pots. If you don't get them early, you won't get any good varieties.

Happy Thursday! I always get so excited to see you here. I have been loving all of the Valentine posts. Mainly I get very hungry looking at all of the yummy goodies.
Do you do something special for Valentine's Day? We never go out on Valentine's Day, it is just to busy and this year probably too crowded. We are actually going out today - Thursday. I will make a nice dinner for Sunday. Still haven't decided what special dessert I am going to make hubby.
