Thursday Favorite Things

Welcome to Thursday Favorite Things!

It is the middle of January and we are having "winter weather". Now don't laugh at me, since many places are having really cold temps and snow, but it is cold for us. It was 51 this morning! Yikes! that is cold for southern Florida. The best part is that even though it was cold in the morning, it warmed up to 75 later in the day. As long as it warms up, I am OK with some cooler weather. All of you up north that are dealing with cold weather, I hope it warms up.

    1. Sandra,
Sorry that it is overcast. why is it that winter days seem to be over cast? I remember when I lived up north that lots of the winter days were over cast. You certainly have a lovely table set with those beautiful snowman plates and mugs. You always make such a beautiful tablescape.

    1. Debbie,
I loved your post about blogging today. I hope that you continue to blog, because I love to read your posts and see what is happening in your life. I have to agree that blogging has changed. I don't post like I used to either. I post only what I want to post about. I don't feel the need to post everyday or every other day. Do want works for you.
      Hugs,
      Bev

    1. Lisa,
I just love how you decorated that wheel with all of the vintage Valentines. Valentines were so cute back then. I am going to print out some of those. Not sure what I will do with them, but I will think of something.
      Thanks for sharing them.
      Hugs,
      Bev

  4. I'm drooling on my keyboard with the sight of the deep dish chocolate chip cookie, Bev! I'm joining you at #154 this week - with healthy food swaps which are realistic and very called for after all of the excessive carbs and sugar from the holidays! Thanks for the opportunity to be featured, and peace to you right where you are.

    1. Michele,
I am with you on the deep dish chocolate chip cookie pie. OMG, too much. I like all of your healthy food swaps. I am so into lemon water, but a dentist told me that the acid in the lemon water can damage your teeth. I still add lemon but not all of the time. Even when it is good for you, it affects something else.
I am not sure why I don't receive emails when you post. Curious!
So glad you stopped by and hope your weekend is going great.
      Hugs,
      Bev

I need some of those adjustable dividers. Great post.

I know that we get spoiled here in S. Florida when the temp dips down. I think our blood thins out so we need warm weather. Hope you are staying warm. Soory I am so late in responding.

    1. Sheri,
We do get spoiled here in S. Florida so when that temps dips, it feels so cold. Last night it went to 43. Now that is not good. Fortunately the cold doesn't last long. You stay warm too.
      Have a great week.
      Hugs,
      Bev
