  4. Morning! I lose track of the days too! I am all about the casserole, so I will definitely be clicking through to check that overnight breakfast one out!       So glad I am not the only one that looses track of days. I too love breakfast casseroles. I especially loved your post. Sometimes we can get caught up in the merriment of Christmas and forget that not everyone feels the same way.
